What makes helo® PSO unique is the combination of 3 active ingredients: boswellia, vitamin B12 and urea, which relieves dry, itchy and flaky skin. Also suitable for skin prone to psoriasis.

The natural substance vitamin B12 gives the cream a natural pink color. Therefore, it contains no added dyes. May discolor clothes, but can be easily removed by washing.

• Boswellia inhibits irritation and relieves discomfort from dry and flaky skin.

The cream can be used on the body, hands, feet and hairline. However, there is a chance of spreading and greasy hair. We recommend helo® cream for the rest of the body.
